This small post-war home was in need of upgrading from its original kitchen finishes. Clear oak was selected for the cabinet finishes to keep with the period of the home. A glue down LVP resembling Period Marmoleum flooring was used. Electrical, plumbing, and heating were re-worked to make the space current and ensure efficiency. New insulation in the attic and walls were added during the demo as well as removing a wall from the new kitchen remodel to the family room, truly taking advantage of the entire space.
